Category's and The Advertising System

Headers & Footers

Headers and footers can be used to insert HTML into your category pages, simply enter the filename of the php header or footer you would like to include on this category page. Headers and footers should be located in the /admin/headers/ and /admin/footers/ directory's and be in the format outlined below.

header.php file setup

Keywords

Here you can enter the keywords which will appear on your page in the meta keywords tag.

Ad Slots and the Advertising System

Each category carries 3 ad slots which can be positioned anywhere you like in your categorys.html template. Additionally, you can select one of these 3 ad slots to use as a 'breaker advert' which will be used to split up links on the category page at every x link. Where x is $display_banner_rows in your config.inc.php file.
